English comedy is usually pretty good, and there are many different styles of it.
But, this is lame.
Most Americans call English comedy lame, but still manage to pick up on and join in the Pythonesque threads on here. There's good and bad comedy from almost every country, except maybe France.

Thing is, we had the likes of the Pythons, Dudley Moore and Peter Cook, and possibly The Goodies and Benny Hill who came out with different styles of comedy that were new and original. Now there are a lot of Brit acts that think they can improve on this "alternative comedy" thing by being even more abstract, but it just comes across as stupid. You can't out-original the originals, if you know what I meam.
Think it's another case of bad example dik. The guy has been in just about every major comedy show in the UK for the last 7 or 8 years maybe longer.
I don't know Fug. The Fast Show, Black Adder, Big Train, The IT Crowd, Smell of Reeves and Mortimer, Brass Eye, The Office, Alan Partridge, Saxondale, Gareth Cheeseman, A Bit of Fry & Laurie. A lot of good comedy.

I'm not too big on Nathan Barley because I missed most of it. What I saw of it was good though. Had that Richard Ayoade in it.
To be honest, I can't remember his involvement...just Nathan being a massive twat and Dan Ashcroft playin them all. Again, only a short number of episodes, but definitely one to watch in it's entirety. I just love it cos it makes a group I despise* look as dumb as they really are.

Yup, all the advanced ads enable plenty of ways for Adware to sneak on board. There should be some advice on the FAQ about stoppin that shit - I can only recommend:
a) download and install AVG (it's FREE & it works!)
b) activate Firewall
c) install Windows Defender
d) set IE security settings as high as possible, or just use Firefox.
e) Keep Windows & all anti-virus/Adware SW updated.

I once went to Keighley Car Museum in my '72 Mach 1, and there was a Stag owners club meet. All these flat cappers standing there staring in disgust as I floored it past in a VERY loud manner.
