  The first is a publicity for Us and the second for Poland (by Microsoft). Since most of the population are from same ethnicity (White Christian) and there are not a lot of Black people, they changed the look of the black guy but forgot his hand. Now some people say that Microsoft is racist because of the change but hey, I don’t think they got a lot of white man in publicity in Africa.
