Hey morph, I know someone who worked in a call centre. Out of a 'team' of 12 people, he was the only white person with the rest being a mixture of Indian & black people. For weeks he was called nothing but 'white boy' & after he asked them to stop it & made the point that they wouldn't like it if he started talking about them being black all the time, guess what happened...
He turned upto work the next day & got escorted from the building for racism. It wasn't until a group of people from the next team told the union how he was constantly called white boy, but never resorted to racism himself. He was offered his job back & guess what happened to the black people who were being racist, nothing, fuck all.
Only white people can be racist, apparently.

Almost every minority group has one, some Al Sharpton type that spins everything into his race being oppressed. I can't think of a white guy like that who gets a lot of air time and is actually respected by "the white community" (of which there is none.) That leads to another point which is that minorities tend to have "communities" and shit, whereas whites just see themselves as people in the country. You put yourself in a "community" and start talking about who is your brother and who your people are and it makes you fair game for an "us vs. them"
