Tim has since passed on as of 4 o' clock this afternoon. Thanks to everyone for their condolences. The gunman has been caught, but as of right now is only facing weapons and assault charges.

No, it was a group of three guys that were going to different places. The last guy didn't want to pay for the ride, so he shot Tim in the head as he came to a stop, then jumped out of the car.
