actually back in 1982 in Kennesaw, Georgia passed a law thing requiring all heads of house to own and maintain a gun. this mandate was in response to the handgun ban in Morton Grove, Illinois.
crime rate skyrocketed in Morton Grove, and plummeted in Kennesaw.
