How would you like to get a ticket in the mail every time you jaw walk, or litter, or smoke within 25 feet of a door or window because someone saw you on do it on CCTV

i think people *should* be ticketed/fined for littering and smoking within 25 ft of doors. there's no reason to litter since there's garbage pails all over the cities and there's no reason i should have to go through a cloud of smoke to get into a building.
CCTV has been proven completely ineffective at preventing crime or prosecuting crimminals thanks to our faggy british friends that feel the need to watch everything like a bunch of homo perverts.
CCTV prevents future crimes by getting the criminals arrested that otherwise would have been still on the streets. It's also about an infallible witness being able to serve something called justice. It's not like all the major crimes will go away, and they'll use it to enforce petty crimes, there will always be major and minor crimes. If that ever did happen though, I would like to live in that place that has no fucking major crimes due to cameras.

First, putting a criminal in jail doesn't accomplish anything, they call them correctional facilities, but they aren't corrected, in fact, 96% of the time when they are released they end up going back to prison. Hows about instead of writing people tickets for smoking, you just punch them in the face once or twice and call it a day? The ticket writing is a profitable business, and that is a terrible thing.
