I saw some show awhile ago featuring one of these freaks, the guy claimed that his implants were made of some sort of organic material, and that over time his cranial bone would eventually grow over the implant, so when his corpse was found in the future theyd think they had unearthed satan.. at least that guy had a good excuse.
