In the shot all you see is a mans head on the floor with a boot on his neck holding him down, hes laying on the left side of his face. A knife comes into shot before its pointed at the man and then pushed into the side of his neck. The man with the knife proceeds to cut through the mans neck from the inside out, sawing away it it. This is all whilst the man is shaking and gargling. I saw it at work one day & felt a little uneasy...you really dont wanna watch it, not even out of curiosity! Trust us!

I got a pro-dupe VHS of this from a cameraman who was there filming it, really great audio too. Most of the cameramen turned their cameras away quickly. Many who were "in the know" had fears this might be the purpose for the press conference, that's why it wasn't done as a live feed. Only taped. You'll note there were no on-air journos with mikes to report in attendance.
