Yes James, I have seen the highways of West Virginia, seeing as I live in PA, and have traveled to W. VA. many times. West Virginia is quite beautiful, once you learn to look beyond the trailers that dot the landscape.
And yeah toolman is right. PA roads suck dick. I've heard a rumor though, that PA is in the top 5 for most miles of road of any state, so I guess we sort of have an excuse. Many of those roads run through relatively poor, rural areas too, so it's kind of hard to secure funds to keep them in decent shape.
I disagree, Penn roads are much cooler.
