He obviously didn't have a S-Line package. Plus by the looks of the console it looked like a 90's ish model. So it was out of warranty. That mean it like driving a huge brick with wheels on it.
Because cameras in vehicles always make it appear you are going slower than you actually are. Trust me, I've video taped a couple runs myself.
