1-Using latest version of flash (adobe flash player 10)?
2-Sometimes the servers so busy that it just can't keep up with demand, this place can slow to a crawl for me some nights right after the midnight update due to the rush of traffic (everybody logging in at once)in that case its a matter of waiting for the peak traffic to die down.
2 really shouldn't be an issue anymore to be honest... if you are getting a spinning wheel with no numbers at all it means something is up, i would upgrade your flash and check to see if you are running any sort of ad blocker (since they seem to fuck with the player sometimes)...

One thing to note for everybody.
I had a program called XP smoker pro on my pc and it had an ad blocking feature. All the site features worked, except the reply boxes wouldn't load so posting comments was impossible. Now I just use Spybot search and destroy's immunize feature, I still see this sites ads but am protected from anything nasty that maybe found elswhere.

Thats how most people go into it, but the people who go in there yelling, screaming, and kicking shoes at officers usually fare a little worse than the people who conduct themselves with a little bit of common sense.
