Well, since you mention it, there's overwhelming support for hank. This can lead to only one conclusion.....Yak was wrong to ban him. I'm not saying that Hank can't be a pain in the ass, but there are plenty of underage first posters to ban if Yak wants to be ban happy.
Yak's argument is that he banned Hank because he can, and, because he was annoyed. Well, there's plenty others that Yak CAN ban because they're ANNOYING.
Another part of Yak's argument was that he wanted to make MS hard and he wants to be like his "oldskool" self. Which would mean that, Yak, banned Hank to make himself feel young, or, to try and feel the excitement of when he first started this site. Neither or these things can be accomplished by banning Hank....

As far as I can tell, this cop did about as good a job as he could have, given the situation. The cunt bit him, so he nailed her. I got arrested for public intoxication once back in the 70's and even though I cooperated with the cop he did everything in his power to get me to say or do something to him. He wanted to beat the shit out of me I guess. I just sat in the backseat and let him do the talking while I went to jail. He called me a dumbass and shoved me into the police car and said shit to me that went way overboard. I just sat there. I spent the night in jail until the next morning when my parents bailed me out. I got fined $52.00 and that was the end of that.
