And, if he's a collage professor, shouldn't he be aware that sometimes that if you use language or a particular tone that some may seem as being potentially 'hostile' or 'inappropriate' (regardless if that in itself violates a persons freedom of speech rights) will result in this sort of action. Yes it seems ridiculous, however, these people have the element of control when it comes to the 'Game' of interpretation of the Law, so one should try to be mindful of that and try to 'play the Game' by thinking ahead for possible outcomes like this and plan accordingly.
I don't know what his speech was about or what his position was, but if you stand and speak in the manner he was doing, throwing words like "Bullshit" around in a court of law, you might upset the judge and be taken away until you can talk and act like an adult, not a temperamental 12yr. old.
I will say that he didn't appear to be hostile enough to require a tazering.
Also, there is no evidence prior to this clip that shows whether or not he had been warned by the Judge to keep a civil tone prior to the restraining.
