Actually, COB, I'm an anatomy student in grad school right now, so I would know. If you hit someone hard enough in the head that the cushioning around their brain isn't able to compensate, they get a concussion and knocked out. It doesn't matter where you hit them, provided you hit them hard enough in that spot. Granted, the forehead isn't the best place because A: you'll break your hand and B: there's a lot of muscles in the neck that will aid in stopping the movement of the head. However, it's pretty distal to the axis of motion, so hitting there provides more leverage.
Also, hit someone on a main branch of a major nerve hard enough, and they will get knocked out due to neural overload.
I've watched boxing a time or 2 COB. the commentary is excellent and you learn a thing or two from time to time. thats why boxers keep thier chin tucked in. keep that in mind next time you are sucking dick so the balls dont hit you too hard and knock you out.
