Not smarter, but able to do more computations.
With time we will keep making computers smarter, and soon they will be smart enough to do stuff on their own, but if they arent programmed to do that, some nerd will make a virus that awakens this ability in them, than we are fucked.

Obviously I have no idea of the real figure but when you take into account the conflicts in Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iraq, Darfur, Chechnya, Chad, Pakistan, Ivory Coast & Nepal (+ many more). I think it would be reasonably safe to assume the real number be atleast 2-3 times that is claimed on the world clock.
