    actually im sure he sang a whole different song. contestants are told by the producers to sing a certain song so they can make these montages with the worst singers singing the same song. yes american idol is fake. but its still pretty funny.

    I actually had a friend who tried out for American Idol. Nice girl, one hell of a good singer (far better than most that go on late into the season). They didn't let her get past the first preliminary because she "wasn't interesting enough."
