I vote real. I would expect more blood than that but I have seen people (okay, PERSON) cut in half like this with very little blood but there was shit all over due to a ruptured intestine. I have to wonder what happened, though, as his bike doesn't look like it is in bad shape. Maybe he drove "through" a chain across the road?
Yeah, but where he was ripped in half has a LOT of fluids, not to mention some of the most major blood vessels in the body (inferior vena cava and the lowest part of the aorta). So yeah, there should be more blood and fluids between the chunks.

there'd have to be way more blood in between the legs and torso, and all over the place in general, wouldn't there? not to mention, wouldn't you need to be going about 250 miles an hour to tear yourself in half so cleanly around a pole that wide? that little moped would not be able to go that fast.
Groundsloth920, don't be an idiot! First, you could accomplish this little task at just under 100mph. Secondly, That "moped" he's riding is a KTM, most likely 400 plus cc's. Much quicker than your vehicle, I'd imagine. That bike would be plenty fast enough to have, if he somehow lost control, riped him in half.
