For educational purposes only. Never fill a balloon with 1 part acetyline and 2 parts oxygen, paint it with rubber cement, roll it in BBs, add a fuse and some flash powder. Bad things would happen if you did this and lit the fuse.
Try it without the rubber cement and BBs sometime. Make sure you have enough fuse to get about 20 feet away. Even then you should take cover.
