i used to do HVAC work and the company i used to work for had a contract at the Mall of Georgia to put in some new units....
same thing happened when a dumbass wetback rigged the unit wrong while we were trying to lift it to the top of the building.

few issues however:
1. no extensive damage
2. over 1 min 10 sec of intro time is too muchhhhhhh

I used to do new installation in residentials, that work sucks but the pay is decent.
