Also, if you get a Hummer there should be a law that you have to take it offroad at least 52 days. Because most don't even see dirt. They are only used 20 miles a week from the house to the office.

Follow any dollar far enough and it buys energy at some point, either through labour, electricity, work my machinery, etc. About 78% of that energy in the world is created by burning fossil fuels. Just bought a new efficient hybrid for 25k?, well you have to save over 19k in gasoline before you've undid the damage done by requesting the manufacture of that vehicle. Most likely, this will *never* happen.
The only chance you have of doing good is to get something cheap and efficient when it becomes necessary to replace your car anyway, because the old one is going to the scrappers.

Those things are junk...The only one worth getting was the first edition, and only the Hybrid version of that. It would actually pull 0-60 in around 8 seconds..Which is about 10 better then the Gas version could muster.
Anyway these things are Junk, How many of them have we seen crumpled to shit now, or busting tie rods, or bursting into flames... I am surprised the lady driving it lived...(most likely the only person in it, and yapping on her cell phone making a second appointment to get her nails done)

I work for GM/OnStar now...I can't stand these POS H2's and H3's. Like someone mentioned earlier the Mil' Spec one is the only true one. Another thing someone forgot to add was that most of the time you will see them at the local mall, & the status whore wives of the guy's who need a big vehicle to compensate for something are driving them. Alot of people where I work cry to me buy American automobiles..support the american economy...I won't buy a ford, gm or chrysler.... half their car's a re made overseas. I'd rather buy a Honda or something else.
