  what does that have to do with britain? as if they dont use cats in other countries. they use theme in switzerland and in the USA.
  And why wouldnt they use them? in this society any nonhuman animal is regarded as a thing that can be used by humans for any purpose whatsoever. they are killed for thrill, food and pseudo-science.
  also there are so many pet cats that noone wants anymore that there are plenty of them to do those tests. they would be killed anyway. thanks to pet owners who dont give a shit anymore when the cat isnt all cute anymore.
