I 've two forklift licences but even so its obvious from the position of the forklift to the door behind plus the position of the forks carrying the bomb it coudnt have drove out the door with bomb in toh. Plus using a forklift is about balance (hence its called a counterbalance forklift) and would be nearly impossible to lift the bomb properly unless all its weight is soley concentrated just where the forks lifted it which i doubt.
You do realise that if it fell on the ground it wouldn't do much more then maybe crack the concrete underneath a bit. Bombs are generally armored and whilst dropping them from some height can cause them to detonate, a foot or two won't cut it.
1st, a bomb has to be armed before it can go off. Considering that they usually hire the people that could NOT get into college to load bombs on the planes, they realize that they are not dealing with the brightest people.
2nd, I drove forklifts for years and, looking at the pic, he simply ran off the edge. He is lifting from the center of the bomb (it doesn't look like it because of the angle we are looking from) and the forks were not too far off the ground. Just needs to learn how far it is from the door to the edge.
3rd, most of you on here could not do any better. It is hard to see in front of you when you are driving one of these things. The object you are carrying tends to block your view.
Comments to im guessing....
damn... someone could have broken a bone
I'm gussing everyone started running
''damn... someone could have broken a bone '' someone could have lost a bone.
Thats exactly why Im against affirmative action :P
seeing this made me hold my breath. I am sure the people around there that saw it did more than that. I bet they crapped their pants.
This reminded me of the Enron logo.
Stupid forklift driver. Rule 101: NEVER lift a heavy load above 1 (one) inch from the ground surface. That stupid operator deserves a fire.
jacq I dont think that would have helped.Seeing as he drove off the fucking dock.
shame it didn't go off with the driver still driving...

Ah so that's what happened up north from me yesterday.
jacq: How do you load and unload a truck without lifting the forks more than 1 inch? Tard.
