The dog aside, the car shouldn't have flipped over. Also, another car appears out of nowhere and hits the first car which is now suddenly in the wrong lane.
The message is bullshit, since adding or lowering speed limits consistently results in more accidents and death, and this data is ignored because we need to remember that speed enforcement is critical for our safety - otherwise phantom cars will appear from no where and collide head on with us, after our cars teleport themselves into the wrong lane.
At least america isn't so pussy as to have fucking speed cameras all over the place.

Epistaxis, if some jerk is tailgating you, that is even more of a reason to brake hard. In the UK at least, if you have to brake for any reason and they hit the back of you it is automatically their fault. Worth keeping in mind if your motor's getting a bit old and, you can also claim for the 'whiplash injury' you suffered too.
The actual rule is, if the animal is smaller than the car, don't swerve. The rule was violated here and people died as a result.
Then again, we wouldn't have this video without the rule being broken so I guess that compensates.
