Because I have heard that some pretty crazy shit happens in Japan.
This stuff DOES happen in Japan.

Well another thing about Japan is the age of consent ranges between 13-17 depending on the jurisdiction. And something that's not entirely uncommon to run across is what they call "enjo kosai" which are basically underaged female prostitutes.
It's more or less the male trying to forge some sort of sexual relationships with these minors, and there isn't really anything the authorities can do about it if the females are completely willing.
And as far as the females raping men thing goes, I've only read a couple stories on it, but I also read it happens every so often. But as a man I don't think I'd complain ;)
