I'm thinking no one is gonna do shit if someone shouts "Fire" in a movie theater, unless they see smoke. His freedom of speech is only restricted in that he's gonna be annoying the rest of the audience. There could very well be a contract on ticket purchase that requires people to shut the fuck up during the movie. It's a private contract between two parties. The government doesn't need to be passing laws and shit about what you can say.

I once got a ticket from a fat cunt like that. It turns out they're basically a legal bluff and if you want to spend the time, you can call it. Anyway, a local fire captain is a friend of mine, so the next time I saw the parking ticket cop's car out there (in front of a hydrant, of course) I told him. He came over in the truck and blocked her car in, 2 of them yelled at the bitch for about 10 minutes for blocking the hydrant, and then they got her fired.
