There is nothing subtle or intelligence-requiring about this clip. It is 'observational' though, or 'visual' as it's usually called.
I said a degree of intelligence, which is needed to understand the joke. Where you come from it might be called visual humor, but here its observational humor- For example, this is an observation on stereotypical English tourists 'loutish' behaviour. Visual humor means slapstick over here.
