I watched a documentary about an American forensic arms expert who showed why police shoot people that look like they are giving up, its all to do with how peoples arms move and that when turning an officer perceives the armed person aiming at them when in reality, its just the way their arms bend when turning or going to drop a weapon, plus the officers have to make a decision in a split second so choose self preservation.
Ya know, if that guy had shot the officer, he would have been considered a hero among his peers, and everyone would want toknow why it had to happen, yet on the other hand, the police are not allowed to play by the bad guys rules, which in my opinion, sucks. Shoot his ass again.
