Drumrave, the Newton principle you're citing is correct. You're misinterpreting it though. The force of the nagger's hand is met with an equal force from the brick. The nagger's force exceeds the brick's structural limits so the brick breaks and some of the force is answered by the supporting structure and the nagger's follow through.
