  I saw this before. The diver was 11 years old and was attempting to set the record for youngest solo dive. He had made a dozen tandem dives and this was his first solo. He was in "dive shock", hence the out of control tumble. Mom and dad were there to witness their parenal success. One more idiot removed from the gene pool.
