And curling and benching have nothing to do with each other. You don't use biceps to bench. So that is possible. But I don't see 210 on that curl bar. I don't know where Bostano got that from. (unless he is getting outside info.) But it really looks like 4 25 lb weights on a 10 or 15 lb curl bar.

Actually it does look like 100 lbs bench and 20 lb curl in the video. Especially if you compare the size of the weights to the adults, rather than the kid.
