Whatever anyone thinks of his stuff, he is going to prison because of the "opinions" of a jury that his content was illegally obscene. Pretty much a travesty of justice. Think about it. There were a couple of jurors who approached Max after the verdict and stated that they disagreed with the way the verdict went but felt they had to vote that way because of some technicalities in the case.
So even some of the jurors had no problem with his content and his right to produce it.
