I have a friend who slaughters and processes his own meat, and the whole family gets involved (not the kids, the older people only) but for those who dont care much about their kids and make them help, or if the kid was playing with the meat grinder although he shouldnt have been, this isnt that strange

  I used to work at a pizza place in high school. That happened to one of the girls I worked with. She lost all of her fingers past the 1st knuckle and 1/2 her thumb on her right hand. She was grinding cheese and her hand just got sucked right in. It looked like hamburger coming out the end. She ended up getting a pretty big settlement from Hobart and forced them to re-design the grinder attachment to be more "hand-proof".
