Actually, the tequila worm will do nothing to fuck you up. It's just protein with whatever alcohol that's been absorbed.
I've never ate the worm, but i've been tempted problem is tequila fucks me up, more so than any other alcohol, no idea why but the taste always throws me. It's ok when it's done right with the salt and the lemon, but here in scotland it's usually just straight shot nothing else, kills me.
