How do we know he broke the law. Anyone can make any accusation against anyone else. That doesn't make it true. That is what a court of law is for. Now if, after due process, it is shown that he is guilty, then he should be punished. And, in that case, then I am all for appropriate punishment, including the death penalty.
I agree with SNIKT, all except for the death penalty. Only a court should have the power to judge someone, not mob rule. It's what seperates us from a bunch of monkeys.
