smerf, paypal changed their AUP about 5 years ago, but didn't actually notify anyone.. because in their TOS it states that if you agree to the TOS you agree to any changes in any of their other things... i had my paypal accounts for 9 years... and when i used them it was never against the rules to be related to anything adult based (thats how most affils used to pay) but apparently now if you have a site that contains any "streaming adult video or adult images" you are not allowed to even reference the paypal name.
apparently there are several class action lawsuits related to this type of stuff going on against paypal right now... remember the big hurricane katrina fund that was happening a few years ago? paypal actually seized all of that money as well because people like mucho donated to the fund (adult sources).. and thats against paypals AUP to take money from "those type of people".. resulting in complete account lock...
btw i didn't get any warning or anything... it was just an email saying your accounts have been locked... my personal for linking to paypal from mucho.. and our business account because it has my name on it (even though it didn't do anything wrong).. AND dejas paypal because she has the same address :P
so um... if any of you guys use paypal for anything... at all important... i'd look to other options.. such as epassporte etc..

Well, technically he should have been able to walk on it without doing any more damage to it. However, being able to walk on it and being willing to are two different things. They should have given you pain pills!
