Not surprising the point is missed by many here... does not make it any less tragic.

The South Vietnamese were the ones who dropped the napalm that hit this little girl. The USA brought her to the states and she was given state of the art burn treatment and skin grafts. She was only scarred on her left shoulder . Last I heard she was married living in Canada with several children.
It's okay. She got to sleep in Cinderella's castle with a Happy Meal later.
