    I lived in Blountville TN, I could see the Bristol track from the deck of my condo. I used to hate these fuckers because these races would shut down the tri cities, you couldn't leave your fucking house. Then I found out I could rent my condo for $4000 for 3-5 days twice a year. They rented from a co. that was insured and covered any damages. Pretty sweet deal, I just changed the sheets and everything was kosher, they never fucked up anything.
