Regardless of how fake it may or may not be, Ive been listening to the international highway project for quite sometime. Its meant to create nearly unregulated trade between Canada and Mexico, almost completely cutting the US out of the picture. It was shown briefly around 1:27. So before you blow this off, Ill say that at the very least; There is some major league shit going down... and some of the other speculative stuff from this film wouldn't surprise me

What Fox said on the Daily Show is that the poor countries in Europe saw a benefit from the EU since the people were now able to work anywhere. But I'm sure the former president of mexico wasn't hoping for a similar situation for his own country...

NAU is tin foil hat stuff now? What exactly is in doubt about it? Certainly the business world is beginning to prepare for it.
Tinfoil is just somethign people with no idea of what is happening says when someone tells them something is happening. Then a few years later they yell: "why didn't anyone tell us this was happening" And by then its too late, its already happened.
Actually I was referring to the idea that people that have been dead for decades are somehow controlling the actions of world governments.

Is it so wrong to have skepticism? There seems to be a fairly large number of people in this world that would rather follow a voice then listen to the one in their own mind. If anyone has doubts about the reason or logic behind the war the US is having in Iraq then I applaud those people. Think about it.

Nonsense. Sure it's good to question authority and that, but, they tried to bring in an EU constitution and it was rejected by the FRENCH for fuck sake. The euro was rejected by Denmark, Holland and the UK. The point being, people value their own identity too much to have a single government. The whole idea is a bit much.

To your points, yes the french did reject the constitution, but they ARE part of the EU. The Euro? everyone laughed when it first came out, it's now stronger than the dollar. Yes PEOPLE do value their own identity, but do you really believe people make the big decisions?
I'm no conspiricy nut, but I do believe there are a lot of people who have no idea what goes on in the real world.

K, I've watched zeitgeist like 3 times now and I agree not everything in that video is solid. But, I see people on here come and say "that is bullshit... cuz they are wrong...". I could waste my time and write out all the consistant holes in their arguements; factual, and historical in accuracies. But this is Mucho, and it is inherently futile. I will point out that who ever did this must have failed Journalism 101, because quotes of quote (especially ones made by ambiguous people over the phone) can never be cited as credible information.

We could also deal with the fact the business world has to accept, that laws are being harmonized in North America at a pretty fast pace. I had to attend a conference the other week about Global Harmonization of chemical transport laws. It's all very mundane.
Canada's Prime Minister managed to declare the Canadian Province of Quebec as a separate and distinct country within Canada. Yet, they share the same currency as the reset of canada, there is an open border, a common army. Most of their taxes go to Canada to be divvied up, not stay in Quebec.
So, it makes the definition of a "separate and distinct country" pretty weak.
No one is lying when they say that the countries will remain separate, that there is no plans to merge them. They are going to be as separate countries in north america, just like quebec is a separate country in Canada.

No shit. Millions are allowed to cross the mexican american border, at the same time, they want microchipped ID for anyone to cross the Canadian/US border. Yeah, that adds up. The NAU has been in the works for decades, and every Presidential candidate aside from Ron Paul is a member of the CFR. It is already underway, starting with the Trans Texas Corridor.
