I know. I provoke dogs all the time by walking down public sidewalks and streets. The fuckers go into berzerk rages of furious barking and it's obviously my fault, not lack of training on the owner's fault. Except, for some reason, when people walk by my house my beagle comes out and wags his tail and gets petted by everybody. Everybody loves the shit out of him.
Anyways, there is a dog in my neighborhood who flies into a rage anytime anyone walks or drives by his house. I'm walking down the sidewalk across the street and across a small parking lot from his yard and he goes manic everytime. I hate him with a passion. Sometimes, I'll go and stand about five feet from his wall at like 2 in the morning and drink a few beers and let him bark and bark and bark and bark just to irritate the old cunt who owns him. The wall is about 4 feet high and he always looks like he's about to get over it to attack, but never does. A couple weeks ago I whacked him on the head a bunch of times with my umbrella until he retreated to his house. The fucker.

i have a story about the police and their attitude - when my Convertible got broken into about 18 months ago , it took them an hour to get there and they did fuck all about it , couple of months ago the same car got towed and they had 3 patrol cars and 5 coppers here in minutes to enforce the cars removal.
