The post-its are the most realistic part. Sheesh, have none of you ever worked in a cubicle before?! The overuse of post-its is an epidemic. And of course the keyboard is "fake," but I would tend to use the word 'staged' since I think everything in it is real. It just didn't get the way it was by the way implied. Off to watch G.I. dude of course its fake. its a very old picture, you can tell by the quality. i know this is obvious but im going to put this out in the open for stupid people, they cut the keyboardi n half diagonaly, super glued it to the desk proportionaly, then added detail, like the wood chips on top of the PC, or the scratches on top of the desk. but no it was not photoshopped.

They might have a KVM switch. Use multiple computers with one mouse, keyboard, monitor.
Also, if it were real, the keys would have been popped off from going through the table like that.
