There is a gas canister in the big bit at the bottom, the flames come out of the black bowl at the top, and there is usually a 2ft dome over the top of the to feflect the heat back down.

That's the cheapest ATM setup I've ever seen. I've heard about those new portable ATM/Photocenter, which also does credit advances, but I don't think this is one of those...

you can tell by all the other shit laying around that they are moving stuff. I doubt they leave it there like that all the time. its probably out of money anyway. this store by my house has the same machine and its out of money every other day.

There is absolutely nothing special about this picture. This was taken at a bar/club, hence the chairs, and the thing next to the ATM is a Heater, the mosquito things are smaller. They are just moving the ATM.
That's nothing, I've seen an ATM trailer before. Just hook it up to a truck, and take it wherever you want.
