Try looking up The Omega Man. It was based off the book and came out in the 1970's. I liked this ending better myself.

When you get to the site...download the DIVX player...you will see a header with titles such as google, veoh, divx, yadayada...after you download the divx player you can watch movies in the DIVX SUBCATEGORY...Google works most of the time...I have heard Veoh works some...BUT YOU NEED TO STICK TO DIVX OR GOOGLE CATEGORY...
They way the site works...is as a "link" to other sites...scroll to the very bottom of the page and you will see that they do not take any personal responsibility for these illegal videos...they actually say to blame yahoo...and other sites LOL...This is cool because It gaurantees that you cant download or upload to their site therefore you are only able to view...not OWN...Fuck the FBI PLANTY...
The down side to this is that one day you might see a movie on there and the next you might not...seeing as they do not save these movies to their "libraries"...I have seen I am Legend 2 days in a row...the 3rd day it wasnt there and the 4th it was...it all has to do with whether the movie was pulled from these 3rd party sites and then added again by another member of that site....I use 66stage religiously...I went and watched Cloverfield the weekend it came out and that next monday it was on 66stage...true it was on a digicam...kinda poor quality...but hell...it was FREE...
^out of all the movies I have seen only Cloverfield was on digi...most seem to be authentic movies from either the production company or from the theatre reel itself...sometimes you will see a small blur that resembles a "time counter" but it does not prohibit viewing...ENJOY!

My roommate said it was quite different but not a bad rendition of it. I watched about 3/4ths of the way through it before the slushie and big bag of popcorn decided to make a u-turn in my g/f's stomach. Good movie though.
In the book the guy is infiltrated by a hot infected chick, they come and eventually capture him. She feels pity for him and gives him some poison pills before his execution (Bravehert style). He takes them, and thats it. Havent seen the movie yet, though.

His family died early on, and sacrificing himself to save that woman and her son. Other ending was better.

@Yak - true, he did try to kill himself, but he wasn't dead at the end of the movie. I look at it like a fresh start, with the girl and kid in his life now, especially after creating an antidote. smerf makes a good point too, a zombie hierarchy is pretty fucking retarded.

Movie ending was better by a long-shot, why the fuck help these rabid arsewipes? Will's sacrifice and discovering the cure was much more heroic. Considering his family were killed early on in the film, once his duty was done he didn't have much to live for anyway.

One of my favorite parts of the movie was the fact that there was an actual "leader" to the VAMPIRES...most new zombie/vampire/werewolf/othercreepystuff movies dont have that type of antagonist on such a one on one basis...

I liked the whole premise to 28 days later...the fact that the zombies werent slow and stupid, but rather rabid...more ZOMBIE movies should follow that premise...and am I the only one that believes that ZOMBIES should for once eat each OTHER!?!?

I'd just like to know how there got to be so many of them considering that when a pack of zombies eats someone, there isn't much left, yet you still see armies of zombies with both arms, legs, a head ...... technically they would end up killing everyone they eat rather than turning them into fellow zombies.

The scene with the monster growling in Will Smiths ear was in the original trailers for the movie. I wonder why they changed it so radically for the final production?
