There's loads of Ostrich farms around my way.. the eggs sell for £60 each.. and the meat is well tasty, a bit like kangaroo actually.
yeah you can get ostrich pretty much anywhere now... its cuz they are pretty hearty animals they can live anywhere and adapt fairly well...
i think the moral of this story is don't microwave any eggs really :P
