Hotshot: They're not going to let off someone who allegedly murdered an old lady, shot a cop in the face, and tried to flee, all because the cops beat him up. I agree it was a dick move on the officers part, but if I were the judge I would still sentence this guy to a lifetime in a federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison.

it sounds ridiculous. and it is. but people can get off for the worst of crimes just because they werent read their rights by the cops before being arrested or something stupid like that. people have not only been able to get off from a crime due to police brutality, but also sue the department for a hefty amount. luckily the FBI (lets face it, they are full of bull)cleared the cops of any "wrong doing".
Bottom line...He is a waste of life,space,air we breath and we dont need criminals like that roaming this earth. So whatever happened to him, he honestly deserves much worse "PERIOD!"

I would hope that the local cops here would take it upon themselves to use lethal force against an armed and dangerous, escaped cop killer.

FOR THE LAST TIME: They never said the cops actually hit him. All they said (actually, only one guy said it) was that it was "obvious that the cops, etc etc." Which is not the same as saying the cops actually did it. And the FBI cleared the cops of beating him.
