I think this was purposley desgined to scare the shit out of parents that leave their children unattended in wading pools for prolonged peroids of time...the fat soccer moms that read romance novels pool side and then look up every 15 minutes to see if their kid is still alive?
Which is running an unnecessary risk because children are likely to drown at a normal kid's pool without anyone noticing?
