he's a dumbass for posting this... if he didn't patent it, someone WILL steal it. and if he did patent it, someone might kill him for it.
Who ever gets a patent must prove that the "idea" is a new concept (this video could be proof that it is not a new concept) and you have to show all aspects of the design before filling for a patent. It also cannot known about for more than a year before you apply for a patent. So either way, this guy is fucked or anybody else who tries to patent it...although a good lawyer probably can get through any loopholes in this law.
