This happened in Brasil a few months ago. I'm pretty sure that's the same video that was on the news (they just cut out most of the head stomping). They caught most of the kids but they're underage and will be back out in no time. The funny thing I remember is they did more reporting on how the victim could have survived if the nightclub security had reacted quicker.
