Grim is correct that wasnt a roundhouse, in TeaKwonDo its known as a spin kick or a back spinning heel kick, and judgeing by his stance and tech. my guess would be he was using Savate or french-kickboxing.
I would say, self discipline Plays a huge part in kickboxing, and in any other form of Martial art however fast moves, is one key, but confidence, trust, faith, and understanding, in yourself and your power is a very important factor, in kickboxing not to mention, balance, and always expect the unexpected. That always works for me anyways. To me, all kickboxing is good if you believe in yourself.
