We could've mopped up and controlled that country with 50 corrections officers, and you never heard a thing about IED attacks, or insurgents. Nice and calm.
At the end of the conflict around Feb 1991, the retreating remains of the Iraqi Army was slaughtered on the "Highway of Death" by us. Remember this too.
