    thank you kio....a golf ball can reach speeds, from the tee, of over 150 mph......I know a guy, my friends father in-law, that was golfing one day, minding his own business, sitting in a golf cart, waiting to tee off and a stray ball flew through the open front windshield of the golf cart and hit him straight in the sack. One of his balls exploded instantly, he passed out from the pain and they had to take him off the course by ambulance. True story, confirmed by the guy himself. I've played golf with him a few times and you should see how nervous he gets went a ball lands to close to him.
